Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Memphis Grizzlies Odds

Kevin Durant was the star for the Oklahoma City Thunder in game one against the Memphis Grizzlies, scoring a game-high 35 points in their live betting win. The former scoring champion beat that mark in game two with a game-high 36 points, but it wasn’t enough for the Thunder to take a two-game series lead. That is a lot easier said than done, and while Oklahoma City has the talent to score points and put up big numbers, this will be the first real test for its defense all season. The Thunder were dominated down low in each of the first two games, but managed to steal a win thanks to a strong presence on the perimeter and the ability to make big shots. That wasn’t the case at all in game two with Kevin Martin going just 2-for-11 from the field for six points and Serge Ibaka held to just 11 points on 5-for-12 shooting. Durant was a monster again with 36 points, but he needs his supporting cast to step up with Russell Westbrook out for the remainder of the price per head playoffs.

Memphis took advantage of its big bodies a lot better in game three, and the result was a win that came on the shoulders of Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol just as much as Conley. Randolph and Gasol combined for 39 points and eight rebounds, opening up space for perimeter shooters like Conley to take advantage of open looks on jumpers all night. Memphis has been one of the top defensive teams in the NBA all season, and when its offense gets going it is hard to stop.
