NBA Finals Game 7 Pick: Spurs vs. Heat

The San Antonio Spurs had the Miami Heat on the ropes in game six of the NBA Finals betting, and they let them off the hook. Now they may not get that chance again. The Heat stormed back by outscoring San Antonio by 10 in the fourth quarter, then pulled ahead in overtime for the sports betting win. Lebron James was able to bounce back from a slow start to finish with a game-high 32 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists as Miami forced a game seven, which will go down Thursday night.

Lebron’s struggles included a missed three-point shot that could have ended the game with seven seconds left, but Chris Bosh grabbed the rebound and kicked it out to Ray Allen for the game-tying three-point shot. The Spurs came that close to winning the game and the NBA championship, and it will not be easy to bounce back from that blow.

NBA Betting Preview: San Antonio Spurs

For all of the things that San Antonio did right in game six, failing to finish it off will come back to haunt them if they lose game seven. The pressure is now on the Spurs after letting the game slip away, and to think that one more basket at any point in the game would have been able to put it away down the stretch has to be somewhat deflating. Head coach Gregg Popovich is one of the best in the live betting league and this San Antonio group is a veteran bunch that should be able to band together, but a slow start could bring back memories of game six and make it hard to get going.

NBA Betting Preview: Miami Heat

The fact that the Heat managed to hang around for so long and eventually come back to win is impressive, and price per head players should give credit where credit is due. However, Chris Bosh had only 10 points before picking up that crucial board, and Lebron started the game just 3-for-12 before heating up. Miami will need a better start from both players in order to put this series away. The Heat managed to pull off one amazing comeback in game six, but it will be that much more difficult to do if they fall behind a second-straight game.

NBA Betting Preview: Outlook & Pick

All of the momentum is on the side of the Heat after that dramatic game-six comeback, but the Spurs are still an excellent team that should be able to at least keep this game close until the end. Miami may very well end up winning its second title in as many seasons, but look for San Antonio to keep this game close and at least have a shot to win it at the end.
